Plan Design, Installation & Implementation :
• Proposals
• If you would like MGA to complete a proposal for your company, please click the link below and download a blank census and complete with the information we need to run your numbers. When the census is completed, email a copy to admin@s1services.com with the subject line PROPOSAL for PENSION PLAN and attach the census. Feel free to email any questions about completing the census.
• Coordinate with employer and financial advisors to meet employer's objectives in plan design or restructuring.
• Provide required resolutions, notices, IRS approved plan documents (when required), Summary Plan Descriptions, IRS submissions (if required) and customized plan operational forms, and prepare required Application for Trust Identification Number.
• Structure operational interfaces with existing financial advisors and representatives.
• Advise of potential problems or compliance concerns and effects of any pending legislation
Plan Administration
• Record Keeping for 401(K), Profit Sharing, 403(B) and Defined Benefit Plans
• Determine plan eligibility
• Calculate annual plan contributions and allocate to participant accounts
• Perform all required plan compliance testing and advise of any required corrective actions to be taken.
• Annual Reconciliation of participant accounts
• Annual Calculation of participant vesting
• Annual participant Certificates of Participation
• Tax Form 5500 or 5500 EZ and all appropriate schedules

Distributions
• Process plan loans, including calculation of maximum loan amounts, generation of related promissory notes and amortization schedules, and tracking of loan payments and balances.
• Process hardship withdrawals to insure compliance with current regulatory guidelines and monitor hardship withdrawal recipients for future contribution restrictions.
• Calculate, certify and process benefit payments.
