Plan Design
Services
- Coordinate
with employer and financial advisors to meet employer's objectives
in plan design or restructuring.
- Provide required
resolutions, notices, IRS approved plan documents (when required),
Summary Plan Descriptions, IRS submissions (if required) and customized
plan operational forms, and prepare required Application for Trust
Identification Number.
- Structure
operational interfaces with existing financial advisors and representatives.
- Advise of
potential problems or compliance concerns and effects of any pending
legislation
Plan Administration
Services
- Determine
plan eligibility.
- Calculate
annual plan contributions and allocate to participant accounts.
- Process plan
loans, including calculation of maximum loan amounts, generation
of related promissory notes and amortization schedules, and tracking
of loan payments and balances.
- Process hardship
withdrawals to insure compliance with current regulatory guidelines
and monitor hardship withdrawal recipients for future contribution
restrictions.
- Calculate,
certify and process benefit payments.
- Perform all
required plan compliance testing and advise of any required corrective
actions to be taken.
